A Minimum of £20.00, per outfit is required at time of the booking being made.  Balance to be paid at time of, or prior to, collecting the hire.

If an event is cancelled and notice is given within 10 days of collection a £10.00 administration fee per outfit will be retained, with the balance being returned, if the full payment has been made.

Accidental Damage Waiver £5.00.   Covers the hirer against accidental damage (Excludes hats, malicious damage or loss).

If you feel unable to accept any of these terms and conditions imposed, you may cancel this order within 48 hours from your order date and receive a full refund, unless function date is within 7 days of order date. 

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

You must come for fitting on stated date and you must try on all to the garments to be sure that they all fit.  If the fit is not satisfactory, please report this to us immediately or no later than by 9.30 am following your fitting day. We cannot accept responsibility if you fail to do so.  Treat garments with reasonable care.

We cannot accept responsibility for any garment that does not fit unless they are reported to us by 9.30 am following your fitting date.

Although every effort will be made to have garments available for collection on your fitting date, the actual hire is deemed to commence at 9.00 am on the function date.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE WAIVER

If you have paid a premium for the Accidental Damage Waiver we will waive any charges that would normally arise following accidental damage to any or all of the garments whilst being used appropriately.  Please remember that any personal insurance you may already hold does not cover garments owned by us.  The waiver will not apply if in the opinion of ourselves the garments have become damaged through inappropriate use.  

In the event if the order being cancelled after 48 hours of the order date, your deposit will be lost.  In the event of the order being cancelled up to 1 Month before your function date you will loose/expect to pay 50% of the total order cost per suit.  In the event of the order being cancelled up to 1 week before your function date you will lose/expect to pay the full cost of your order per suit.

We reserve the right to charge for any garment which is lost, stolen or returned damaged (unless covered by our Accidental Damage Waiver).  A full list of charges is available on request.

If you require your outfits before the dates shown on your order a charge of £6.00 per day will incur for those days.

By signing this agreement you are bound by these terms and conditions.

You must try all garments on at fitting date.

I understand that if suits are returned later than the return date stated, a charge of £6.00 per day will become payable thereafter.

Lost garments will be charged to me at their full value.
